Mar 2026 – Present
  • Built and deployed a consulting-style dashboard for SMB SaaS financial health, using KPI scorecards, RAG benchmarks, and P&L waterfalls to help founders or consultants quickly identify red-flag metrics and next steps.
  • Designed KPI computation engine calculating six metrics (gross margin, MoM revenue growth, OpEx ratio, revenue per employee, burn rate, and runway) benchmarked against industry standards with RAG status indicators.

AutoPitch | Personal Project

Mar 2026 – Present
  • Built a pipeline that transforms Excel financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) into polished 12-slide, Big 4-style pitch decks with AI-generated commentary, automating work often done manually for client presentations.
  • Integrated Claude API for AI-generated narrative commentary, with a graceful fallback that preserves full deck structure without an API key.
  • Implemented a five-stage stateless pipeline: workbook parsing, KPI computation, narrative generation, chart rendering with Matplotlib, and deck assembly with python-pptx.
